Our Story & Mission
Who We Are
Moringa Farm SXM was founded in 2022 by Maria Vassileva Manning — known across the island as The Moringa Girl. We are Saint Martin's first EARL-structured regenerative farm dedicated entirely to Moringa oleifera, the Tree of Life.
Saint Martin imports over 80% of its food. We are building the alternative.
What started as one woman's conviction has become a living demonstration that regenerative agriculture can anchor food sovereignty, restore soil health, create local jobs, and build genuine resilience on a Caribbean island that faces hurricanes, climate change, and chronic food dependency.
Every product we make is grown, harvested, and processed by hand on the island. Every purchase supports a farm that is actively feeding, educating, and strengthening its community.
What We Believe
We believe that pure, island-grown moringa is one of the most powerful superfoods on the planet — and that it should be grown with integrity, harvested at peak potency, and made accessible to people who care about what they put in their bodies and on their skin.
We believe in regenerative farming — not just sustainable, but restorative. Every practice we use is designed to improve soil health, support biodiversity, and strengthen the local ecosystem for generations to come.
We believe in Caribbean food sovereignty — that our islands deserve world-class wellness products grown right here, by our own hands, from our own earth.
What We Grow, What We Make
From our farm in Saint Martin, we produce a curated range of premium moringa products:
- Moringa Powder — pure, dried, and milled from fresh leaves at peak harvest
- Moringa Seed Oil — cold-pressed for skincare and wellness use
- MorFuel Electrolyte — a moringa-powered hydration blend for active island living
- Wellness Gifts — curated sets for those who want to share the moringa difference
Every product carries the story of this island, this soil, and this mission.
Our Commitment
We are committed to transparency — in how we grow, how we process, and how we communicate. No fillers, no shortcuts, no greenwashing. Just moringa, grown the right way, on an island that deserves to be known for more than its beaches.
If you're here, you're part of this story. Thank you for choosing island-grown, regeneratively farmed, and honestly made.
